Aurora Aksnes (born June 15 1995, in Stavanger) is an Norwegian music producer and a vocalist. Her debut E.P. Running with the Wolves by Decca Records was released on May 15th of 2015 it received a raving review from bloggers and music critics and the media. She has previously released two top-of-the-line covers Half the World Away by the group Oasis to promote a Christmas ad from John Lewis and Nature Boy by Nat King Cole. Katy Perry's praise for her track Runaway on her blog added to the musician's appreciation. Celebrate her special day. Aurora Aksnes' first musical moment was when she stumbled across a miniature piano that was in her basement and becoming enthralled by the sounds it created. Jan Oystein Aksnes and May-Britt Aksnes encouraged her to learn music, not as a job or a hobby, but as an opportunity to develop. As a result, she began writing her own music. As well as Bjork as well, she mentions Leonard Cohen as an influence. Her mother encouraged her to perform her songs in public, not so that she could achieve fame, but rather in order to show others how important they are and how they can make a difference for the world. Piano was her first instrument, at six. She began making music at the age of nine. They didn't even have any idea until she was fourteen. Aurora did not have a set goal. Aurora claims she loves composing songs. She claims that music is her most preferred way to feel anything.
